My August 2k23 Goals

Happy August everyone!! I can’t tell you how excited I am about this month ahead. Oh, of course, I had to develop some goals to work on this month. 
Goal #1:
Workout twice a week and perhaps maybe even try an online workout class once a week. Definitely, super excited to get started on this goal as working out has always been so beneficial for my mental health. Can’t wait to see where this goal with take me by the end of the month. 
Goal #2:
Read outside for 5-10 minutes each morning. Oh and maybe I’ll even add journaling to that as well, nothing like starting your day with some fresh air. 
Goal #3:
Upload a new podcast episode every week. Checkout the Life with Faith podcast for fun podcast episodes that are based on lifestyle, Christianity and goal setting. This podcast is available to listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts.

Goal #4: 
Post on tik tok once a week. Make sure to follow me on tik tok @lifewithfaith920. My tik tok is full of mini Christianity, lifestyle, goal setting and monthly vlogs.
